1. Identification of the website owner
This document regulates the access and use of the website www.zcflow.com (hereinafter, the “Site”), owned by SEIDOR CONSULTING PERU S.A.C., identified with RUC 20517426726, located in the city of Lima, Republic of Peru, and contact email info@zcflow.com (hereinafter, the “Company”).
The Site may be accessed by users located in different countries; however, the Company is based in Peru and operates in accordance with Peruvian law.
2. Website object
The Site is addressed to natural and legal persons, as well as their representatives, collaborators, and duly authorized users, who declare that they have the necessary legal capacity to accept these Terms and Conditions and use the Site in accordance with its purpose and current regulations.
By accessing, browsing, registering, or clicking “Accept” on the Site, the user declares to have read, understood, and expressly accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Company's Privacy Policy. The owner of personal data may exercise their rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition (ARCO rights) at any time, in accordance with current regulations.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru.
The parties will attempt to resolve any controversy through direct dealing. If an agreement is not reached, any dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent judges and courts of Lima, Peru.
